We believe in the traditional view of real estate as a great solid, stable, long term investment. Although during 2004 and 2005, we saw unprecedented increases in property values and witnessed people making previously unheard of short term profits, we believe this is not the norm. We have never believed that real estate should be treated like the stock market.

Our specialty is working with the average, small investor, who works hard for their money and who wants good, sound advice on a solid, safe place to invest - in other words, the investor who is not just looking to make a quick profit. Of course, if by chance you happen to make a quick profit, as many of our clients have, then that's great, but again, we don't see that as the norm.

As involved Realtors, we believe we have our finger on the pulse of what's happening in our particular market. We believe that the Orlando area is one of the best markets in which to invest. Of course, it will be subject to cyclical ups and downs as any other market, but with a lesser negative impact than most.
