We would highly recommend doing business with Paul and Cindy Irwin. We purchased a second home in Florida and by a good luck coincidence we were connected with Paul. We gave him our criteria, inexpensive but great, and told him to use his discretion. He looked for a property for us as if he were looking for himself. He wanted a good location and a good value. We feel we got both. Due to his diligence and thoughtfulness, we had no trouble letting him take care of all the details. We purchased a property sight unseen, on his recommendation. We have never had any reason to question his judgment. He took the time to photograph the rooms and the exterior so we felt we knew what we were purchasing.
When we finally saw the property several months later, it was exactly as he had told us. He took the trouble to inform us of his thinking and we feel he did a great job for us. On his recommendation we purchased a property that has doubled its value within a year and a half. When we are ready to purchase another home in Florida we would go to no one else but Paul and Cindy.
When Florida was plagued by several hurricanes, they took the time to check out our property and ease our minds as to damage. For these and many more reasons, we not only trust their real estate instincts, but consider them as friends.
