I just wanted to drop you a little note to thank you for putting us in touch with Michelle Baydemir when we enquired last October about buying a property in Orlando. The service Michelle has provided us with over these last few months has been second to none. Your advert in the Place in the Sun magazine listing the reasons to buy through Dolby is very true.

From day one Michelle went beyond our expectations, even providing in-car movies to keep our two kids happy as we drove around viewing properties! Michelle very quickly understood the types of properties we were looking for, which saved us a lot of legwork viewing places which were not suitable.

We have had a few blips along the way since we put in our offer for the property but every time Michelle has sorted out the problems with the minimum inconvenience to us. I was very nervous as this was a big step for us and Michelle was great at reassuring me that we made the right decision. I think that we have been unfortunate to have more problems than would be normal but Michelle has dealt with every one.

I would also like to thank Martha for all her help when things went wrong. I don't know what we would have done without her too. I will happily recommend your company to any friends looking to make a purchase in the Sunshine State and wish you many more successful years!
