After the first meeting we felt very comfortable with using Sam as our representative. We did contact other real estate agents, but it was Sam and Dolby properties that defiantly were the most serious and effective. I would recommend everyone that thinks about buying a property in Orlando to contact them.

We are so thankful for being able to finalize our house purchase. I will contribute the greatest part of this to Sam. As a first time US buyer we was afraid that there would be vital parts that we would miss, like surveys etc., but from the start Sam has guided us through the whole ting. We could just sit back and watch it all happen. Her willingness to listen to our own needs, without any pressure of going over our budget was very important for us. The properties she showed us, was so well tailored that she wasted none of our time. Even things from opening bank accounts to mortgage were arranged by her. She always gave us options to choose between different banks, mortgage companies, insurance companies, management companies etc. She gave us the impression that we were the most important customer and she was always there for us. We are also very impressed about her office hours; she never closed. Any time we had a question or needed something, she was always there at our fingertips. We also appreciate that she was able to find an excellent repairman (Russ), to step in on short notice, when the seller couldn't find any. I have already recommended her and Dolby to my friends and Colleagues, knowing that they will get the best service.
