Having closed on our Florida property purchase last week, I feel I absolutely MUST write to thank you at Dolby Properties for your utter professionalism , total honesty and unwavering attention and assistance, every step of the way!.....First and foremost our heartfelt thanks must go to the amazing Sam Brightman aka "wonder-woman", who was totally "there for us" from the very beginning - As newcomers to the US property market, one cannot place too high a premium on honest, sound advice.....from the start, the impression we got from your website was that Dolby properties were a no-nonsense straightforward and honest company, on whom we could rely 100% for attention and assistance..... How wrong we were!!.....Sam Brightman delivered 150% from day one!!!!

As soon as we met her at the airport, we took a complete and instant liking to this formidable but friendly whirlwind.......she had done more than her homework to secure us viewings on properties that matched our expressed criteria.......and gave us complete confidence that our short trip would prove fruitful. Sams orgnisational skills are truly second to none - she had everything arranged like a well-planned military manouevre - from arranging our bank account and tax reference application to arranging meetings with a management company to let the property for us. She was never less than completely honest in her opinions and advice - and won our complete trust. But equally importantly , Sam's enthusiasm, "fire" for her work and incredible humour, made our search so enjoyable, that it 's more than fair to say that after a few short days, we truly felt that we were leaving behind a special friend not just a realtor!!!...Hope you're not embarrased Sam, but thats how we felt!!!

I cannot recommend Sam and her colleagues at Dolby Properties highly enough to anyone thinking of investing in the Orlando region. By lunchtime on day one, we had found our dream villa. There was no "pressure- selling" whatsoever from Sam - just sound advice to consider all the options - she was honest enough to talk us out of considering a property that wouldn't have been right for our needs Bless you Sam!.....If we had estate agents like you in the UK, the profession wouldn't be in such disrepute!!!.....My personal advice to other would-be -UK purchasers is simple! - Don't bother wasting time with other realtors - you will be given all the wise, impartial and practical advice you will ever need at Dolby Properties - especially if you are fortunate enough to have Sam helping you!!!!!!
