We were both so thankful to find Dolby Properties and especially Michelle Baydemir. At first we were drawn to use Dolby from their web site which we found very informative. Travelling from the UK we wanted to find someone who we felt we could trust.
We had been in touch with Michelle for a few months sorting out our property requirements, she knew exactly what we were looking for and it only took two properties to find the one we wanted, Michelle had done her job very well. We loved her honesty and we immediately found her to be extremely informative and trustworthy. We also liked dealing with Michelle because being from the UK we did not fully understand the workings of buying a property in Florida and Michelle talked us through it all.
Once we had our offer accepted and came home Michelle was in constant touch replying to our emails very quickly and keeping us completely up to date. Our sale took somewhat longer to close and we thought a few times we might have lost it, I think we probably would have if it had not been for Michele's' constant hardwork on our behalf. On closing we had a congratulations email from Michelle along with a closing note saying if we ever needed any further help please ask. Actually, while after closing we needed some advice and Michelle was there immediately for us.
We now have a wonderful place in Florida and we both feel that Michelle has acted above and beyond the call of duty. We would highly recommend Michelle at Dolby Properties to anyone who cares to listen.
