Back in the UK I used to run a business and my number one priority was always giving the client MORE than expected, ie always going the extra mile to serve customers beyond their expectations. I can truly say that we have had that from Dolby, and I know there are not many companies out there who pride themselves on such a high level of customer service. Congratulations to all of you!
