We would just like to say a few words of praise for your company and in particular Samantha Brightman.

We have had the most Stress Free purchase of any property we have ever bought. From meeting Sam at our hotel on the first day she was professional but very comfortable to be around. Not once did she show us any properties above our agreed budget. Our pet hate is watching programs such as place in the sun where they show clients properties way above what they want to spend. Sam showed enthusiasm at all times and on our second day she ran into our hotel so excited because she had found a property she thought we should see that had just come on the market. We loved her down to earth approach with some properties that we didn't like without entering; we just went off to the next one.

After buying the property, Sam organized everything we had to do along with the fantastic Pat Brighindi at Park Place Title (why isn't there a Pat in every house sale/purchase?) and Alfonso at International finance, every thing went smoothly.

In finishing Lesley we can only say that Sam is a credit to your company and a lovely person. A Big Thank you to you all.
