We were unable to visit Florida and have left buying the property 100% to Michelle, we first contacted your company a few months ago and since then have had very close contact with Michelle. In the first couple of months she contacted us regularly with hundreds of properties which were in our price bracket. We short listed the properties and sent NUMEROUS emails to Michelle wanting her to find out more information on dozens of villas. She replied to every email we sent extremely quickly and professionally and went out of her way to find as much extra detail possible.

We found our perfect property only a few weeks ago, put in an offer and the villa is now ours!!! We had no idea on the process of buying a property in U.S. and Michelle took us through each process from start to finish. She sent us contact lists of everyone involved i.e. property management company, home insurance etc. etc. etc.

I don't think we have been the easiest of customers and Michelle has ALWAYS been extremely helpful and friendly and we would like to say a huge THANK YOU to her for making our dreams come true.
