Once we made the decision that a home in Florida was for us we made contact with Dolby Properties and Michelle was with us from then, right the way through the process and even now she is still there to help us. We would highly recommend Michelle and Dolby Properties to anyone interested in buying a property in Florida.

We were impressed right from the start with Michelle's efficiency and helpfulness. It started with answering our many questions around all kinds of things from opening a US bank account to understanding property and state taxes! She sent us lots of property searches based on our criteria, which Michelle seemed to understand better than we did ourselves! We selected several properties to view and Michelle arranged all the viewings based on the very little time we would have when we were there. Once in Orlando, Michelle met us and escorted us on the viewings and very quickly came to understand exactly what we liked and was able to arrange more viewings at really short notice for us. We knew the one we finally went for was for us the minute we walked through the door. Michelle's professionalism and efficiency again was fantastic in taking us through the buying process, working hours to suit us rather than "9 till 5". Michelle also put us in touch with people in other companies for other services we needed like opening a bank account and a property management company. By the time we left Orlando after just one week there, we had put in an offer on our property. Once back in the UK, the buying process went smoothly thanks to Michelle and nothing came as a surprise to us as Michelle had been clear about what to expect.

We now view Michelle as a friend and look forward to seeing her again when we come and stay in our Florida home.
