My husband and I had wanted to purchase a property in Orlando for many years and finally got around to booking the flights for April 2007 to go and find the house of our dreams. We had been taking family holidays in Orlando for many years and never really thought that it would be possible to buy a property out there. We had a reasonable amount of money to use for a deposit and set ourselves a budget (one that we did not keep to). Once you start to look at the properties on offer it is really difficult to keep to the budget that you set for yourselves. The larger houses have so much more to offer a family and most of all provide more privacy and space.

Michelle was so helpful, even before we left London to go and look at the properties. We did our own research and looked for properties online and we sent Michelle a list of houses we liked the look of and she added many more to the list that fitted our requirements. Michelle did a really good job and we found a property within a week. Michelle took us through every step of the purchase, introduced us to our management company, our accountant, the bank manager, the insurance broker and explained every process that we went through to completion. Michelle is an excellent agent and friend who we are still in contact with and will meet up with when we go to the house.
