After holidaying in Florida several times we ( me , Jennie and my husband Julian ) decided we would invest in our first holiday property. A local estate agent with a company buying and selling abroad recommended Michelle and Dolby to us, saying she would be just what we needed, straight forward and direct with no sales patter, and professional at all times. She is just as she was described although I will include very warm and friendly.
I described what we liked and Michelle found several properties for us to view. Michelle was fantastic ! She guided us though absolutely everything and was very very patient with my numerous questions !! We closed on our dream home ( which was a last minute find by Michelle ! ) this summer, and it is much more that we ever dreamed of owning. Michelle never pushed, she guided and shared her expriences with us.
We would have no hesitations in recommending Michelle to anyone interested in living the dream.
