We started looking at buying a property in Florida about 4 years ago, which is when Dolby Properties first came to our attention. Their help, advice and guidance was invaluable, despite the fact that we were not in a position to go ahead with a purchase initially.
When we were ready to take the plunge and buy a property over in Davenport, we received regular notification from Dolby Properties of villas on the market and went over to Florida to view a selection in December, 2005. It was in this selection that we found a beautiful 3 bedroom pool home that we immediately fell in love with. Dolby Properties saw us through every step of the buying process and the villa became ours at the during February, 2006.
It was to Dolby Properties that we once again turned when we took the decision to sell the villa in order to release money to renovate a property we had just bought back here in the UK. As is well documented the market over in the States at the moment is struggling and very much a case of very few buyers getting the pick of thousands of properties. However, Dolby managed to find a buyer for our property and liaised with all concerned to ensure that the whole process went smoothly. In fact from agreement of offer to closing date was only about 3 weeks.....try doing that in the UK!!!!
When, not if, we buy another property over in Florida, we will certainly use Dolby Properties again and we would have no hesitation in recommending that if anyone intends buying property in Florida they make sure they use the exemplary services of Dolby Properties.
