CHAMPIONS GATE AREA

Lying partially in Osceola County and partially in Polk County, only 10 minutes to Disney, some of the neighborhoods included here, besides Reunion, are: Pinewood Country Estates, Bridgewater Crossing, Sunridge Woods, Paradise Woods, Sandy Ridge, Bella Trae, Lake Wilson Preserve, Windwood Bay and in most of these neighborhoods, current (May 2010) property prices average in the high $100s to low $200s. Of course Reunion is different and  many of the properties there used to be over one million dollars. Currently though, Reunion has lots of properties for sale in the $200ks and $300ks, which is a bargain for many, although the monthly association fees and the property taxes here are quite high. 

FAIRWAYS LAKE ESTATES IN DAVENPORT

This neighborhood (also known as Esprit) has a nice golf course running right through it, where it is very inexpensive to play. The community center, pool and tennis courts are also next to a very nice, natural Florida 400 acre lake. The neighborhood is located in the area known as Four Corners, where Polk, Osceola, Orange and Lake Counties all meet. It is 15 minutes to Disney and very close to lots of stores and restaurants. Properties currently (March 2010) are in the low $100ks to low $200ks.

CRESCENT LAKES IN KISSIMMEE

This Disney area neighborhood is divided into many different subdivisions in one neighborhood, with many little lakes and lots of green areas. Some sections have really large 5 or 6 bedroom properties, currently (Feb 2010) ranging from mid to upper $200,000s and some sections have smaller 3 and 4 bedroom properties, starting from the low $100,000s.

HIGHLANDS RESERVE IN DAVENPORT

This neighborhood is very popular with golfers, as it has a great golf course and is only minutes from Disney. Properties in this neighborhood currently (Jan 2010) range from around $200,000 to $550,000.
