We had anticipated being shown a stream of properties that were too expensive or totally unsuitable. Not from our friend Paul ' he had done his homework thoroughly!

Straight down to it, the very first property we were shown was the one for us: a perfect match for our needs. It was also clear that our needs were being catered for as we were also shown a range of properties of a type that we had not even thought about ' but were attractive and worthy of consideration.

And the help given didn't stop there. Paul was a wizard in patiently explaining the different routines for buying property in the USA, and provided us a complete support package.
