I should also like to express my heart felt thanks for all your efforts. I chose Dolby on the strength of the website. It was clear, unobtrusive and told me what I wanted to know without having to go through endless useless graphics. Having made the choice I was not disappointed with the service. I may have been a little eager in sending lists in 2 months before I was due over, but you you didn't chuckle or patronise me for my enthusiasm, for which I am grateful.

The US system is completely different from the system in the UK. Steve led me through the system answering a myriad of questions, initially by email then by phone. When I finally made it over, Steve had a good idea what I wanted and had a list of properties for me to see. He drove me round very patiently an answered many more questions, many of which were beyond the purview of the Realtor. He advised me on offers and the best strategy to follow to achieve what I wanted and it worked.

Assistance with management, insurance, banking,roofers, just about everything I needed to know was forthcoming and again lists of recommendations were available. After the deal was done, offers accepted and contracts drawn, the very real and professional attention to detail continued, again in my view way beyond the "call of duty".

In a couple of words Steve was the "consummate professional" and I am lucky to have had him as my Realtor.
