Steve, the email I just received regarding your analysis of the selling price that we got for our home, after the home has already sold and closed, is a perfect example of the lengths that you will go to to support your customers. Most agents would have assumed that since the house was already sold that no further communication was necessary. You, on the other hand, did not see the end of your job being the sale and closing of the house, you went the extra step and provided us with some additional analysis of the home prices in the area.
Since we did not live in the house, we were actually several thousand miles away, your attention to detail and your willingness to keep a watchful eye on our property was invaluable. We had an agent previous to you and they never once alerted me to any issue concerning the care and presentation of the house. Numerous times throughout the listing you alerted us to potentially harmful property issues, which allowed us to make sure that they were corrected.
