We are writing to you to thank you for all your help in finding our property in Orlando. We are delighted with the villa, it is ideal for us. Your help in sending us property details for many months before we came out to Florida to view helped us to decide on the type of property we wanted and because you kept in regular touch with us we felt as if we already knew you, even though we had not met.

When we arrived in Orlando and went to view the properties we felt as if we were meeting an old friend. Everything was so well organised, and so well explained and we were impressed that you knew the type of properties that would appeal to us and would be acceptable to our budget. Once we had decided to buy and had found our property you made all the necessary transactions very easy to carry out, e.g. the bank account, mortgage, survey etc.

All in all, the friendly and ongoing service you have given us has been exceptional and you even enabled us to have a holiday in addition to buying a property ' not bad for just 14 days.

We appreciate you keeping in touch with us since the purchase and have found your help invaluable. We are looking forward to seeing you in April, when we will meet for a drink.
