It was with great sadness that following the passing of my husband, I and my family decided to sell our Florida home at Calabay Parc. We are members of the Calabay Yahoo group and I asked other members if they could recommend an agent. I selected 3 agents and Sam Brightman from Dolby Properties was the second agent to appraise the property. I immediately warmed to her lovely friendly bubbly personality and how she professionaly represented the company she worked for. She said at once "I have a buyer for your property" and I thought to myself "I've heard that before!! However she obviously knew the requirements of her buyer and rang me back less than 24 hours after with an acceptable offer from a cash buyer. Sam was very sympathetic to my situation and handled everything very efficiently for me keeping me informed throughout. I was able to have the survey done and sign the contract before returning to the UK and completed on the sale without delay.
