Our families recently traveled to Orlando for a combined house hunting trip and vacation. We had been working with Steve Schaffer of Dolby Properties for several months prior to our visit and thanks to the information Steve had provided us and his knowledge of the market, we had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for before we arrived.
Even though it was peak rental season, Steve did a fantastic job of getting us into a most of the houses we wanted to see which helped us narrow down our choices quickly. In the end we were able to complete the entire purchase process during our 2 week visit and still had time for some relaxation.
Steve was very flexible in accommodating our schedule and wasn't pushy, but he was persistent which helped us get things done in an efficient manner. Even after we left, Steve continued to assist us through inspections and other aspects of the closing process, which as out-of-country buyers was a real help to us. Even after the closing, Steve continues to keep in touch and is willing to help out in any way that he can.
