We engaged Dolby Properties to sell our villa when the market was particularly bad and did not have too high an expectation of getting a buyer very quickly. After only about 10 weeks Steve notified us that he had got a buyer for the property at the asking price. We quickly completed the sale agreement documents as we were leaving on a cruise a few days later. While we were away enjoying ourselves Steve took care of everything for us and arranged for jobs to be done at the property. He even took care of the final removal of our personal property as we were unable to get back to the USA to do this ourselves.
