Furniture PackagesIt used to be that almost all the Disney area properties we sold came already fully furnished and completely equipped with everything you would need for short term rentals, so that as soon as you bought the property, you wouldn't miss a beat with renting out your property. Many of the properties we sell are still sold fully furnished, but since early 2009, it is a sign of the times that many of the properties that are now for sale are bank owned foreclosures, which usually come completely unfurnished and in need of some care and attention to get the property back to a condition where someone would be happy renting it.

Our past experience with buyers who have done that (almost all our buyers live thousands of miles away) shows this to be a very time consuming, energy draining exercise, fraught with hassles and often no cheaper in the long run.
