I can't remember now what made us pick your company over any other but I'm glad we did.

From the very first contact everyone has been so helpful & nothing is too much trouble. Both Sam & Dom are fantastic people & we enjoyed every moment of our house hunting expeditions. They were both so helpful & full of advice & ideas - not just on buying a property but everything else relating to it.

Sam stepped in for Dom when she was called away suddenly & found us a fantastic house - the 2nd one we viewed & we were so happy at Sea World the next day totally unaware that things were going wrong. Sam was busy working away for us but unfortunately we lost this house.

When we finally met Dom to say we were a bit down would be an understatement but she kept us going, which can't have been easy and found us an even better house. Dom has been there all the way through & along with Amy has been making sure everything went as smoothly as possible - things didn't always go to plan but that was due to third parties & not Dolby Properties.

Once again thank you for all your help, we couldn't have done it without you & we will recommend your company time & again.
