During our recent property purchase in Davenport, Paul & Cindy Irwin, and Amy Honc were invaluable with their help and support.

Although the purchase did not pass without any hiccups, and the process of purchasing from thousands of miles away is not an easy one, your team, particularly Paul, made it as easy as they possibly could.

It appeared to us that no job was too small, and no request too trivial to be followed up and sorted out as quickly as possible. Paul went out of his way to ensure that we were kept well up to date with developments, and sorted out all our requests as soon as was possible. (Must be something he learned during his time in America, as it is way above the level of service we are used to over here in the UK!)

We even received valuable assistance with mortgages, insurance, banking etc and although we cannot say the process was stress free, we must say that it was made as easy as was humanly possible by your team.

We first became interested in your company, because of the honest and straightforward way you represent yourselves on your website. Then once we met Paul at "A Place In The Sun Live" in London this year, the decision was made, and follow up e-mails were sent.

Two months later, and we find ourselves the proud owners of a beautiful 4 bedroom villa in the sun, and one more of our dreams becomes a reality.

We will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your company to all our friends and family, if any of them show an interest in purchasing a holiday home.
