There is never a need to work with more than one Realtor, as all Realtors have access to the same properties for sale and we sell each other's listings. As a Buyer, there is no financial advantage in going direct to the Listing (Seller's)Broker. It really comes down to choosing a Realtor you feel comfortable working with, but please remember that some of the most important things when considering whom to work with are:

1 - After sales service - in our opinion, THE most important thing. Anyone can sell you a property, but there are only a few Realtors who are dedicated to serving their clients and giving the absolute best possible advice and full service. Dolby Properties has an after-sales service that is second to none!

2- Local knowledge - We live here, this is our hometown and our agents are constantly out in the field and know what is going on. We are full time, 100% dedicated and hardworking. This is our ONLY business and we do it well!

3 - Proper licensing, continuing education, experience, keeping up with changes - don't let anyone fool you into thinking they know this business, just because they own a house here in Florida! The real estate industry is very complex, changes constantly and requires 100% dedication and commitment to ongoing education. Be careful whom you deal with! Can you check out who is the Broker? Who are the agents? Can you verify their licensing? You can do that with Dolby Properties.
