For several years we had been thinking of buying a property abroad, mainly for investment but also for occasional holiday use. Despite looking at various locations, we were still nervous about making that final decision. outgoings are more than covered - and our purchase has already increased in value by 25%. (Our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner).
