As much as we love and rely on technology, we suffer many of the problems associated with it, such as e-mail worms/viruses, attacks etc. Many strange things happen that we can't explain. The more we are "out there" in terms of exposure in advertising etc, the more we are prone to being attacked. It is an unfortunate and frustrating part of business.

Occasionally, people tell us that they are sending us e-mails and they are bouncing back to them. We have been told by our mail server host that the main reason for this happening is because of the increasingly tough SPAM filters that are placed on many servers, which unfortunately tend to block out and blacklist many legitimate e-mails. We rely so much on e-mails and so if you send us an e-mail and it bounces back to you as undeliverable for whatever reason, or you do not get a response, please do us the favor of calling us at 407-352-3664 to let us know.

We always respond very quickly via e-mail, so if you don't get a response there is a technological reason, so please let us know immediately.

The other issue that sometimes happens is that many e-mails we send just are not getting to the recipients and we don't receive any notices to let us know. The same thing is happening the other way around - when people send e-mails to us. What this does is to make it look like we are not responding to people's e-mails, or else they are not responding to ours. Not very good for business! Because we are all "e-mail junkies" at Dolby Properties, we generally respond very quickly to all incoming e-mails, so if you have e-mailed us and not received a response in a very short time (although our office is closed on weekends!), then please either e-mail us again or call us, because yours may be one of those e-mails which disappeared into cyberspace! It would also be a good idea, if you are serious about wanting us to contact you, to include your phone number in your initial e-mail, so that we can follow up with you if we don't hear back via e-mail.

Also, we work very hard on maintaining and monitoring our website, but sometimes, technological problems hit our website server, causing it to be down or slow to download at certain times. If that happens, please try again and please let us know.
